An intercommunication system improves customer service

The VoCoVo intercommunication system enables staff to make, answer and connect customer calls directly from their VoCoVo device. The cost-effective communication solution provides all functions in one device. The customer can use the department-specific call button to contact the staff and get the necessary help quickly.

InVue is the world’s leading provider of product security and display solutions for consumer electronics. The wide range of products offers a wide range of security solutions and smart lock options for the safe display of mobile phones, tablets, cameras, smart watches and other portable devices in retail. Theft protection and the charging or supply current of the products ensure an optimal customer experience.

Brand ID operates as an importer and representative of the InVue security products in Finland.

Food waste management saves time and food

Whywaste is the fastest and most effective way to check the best-before dates of products. It allows staff to check only those products that have an approaching expiration date. Whywaste saves time and reduces food waste.

CUSTOMER’S NEEDS ASSESSMENT

We will map your digital needs and wishes through the needs assessment. We will familiarise ourselves with the target location, the desired digital solution, and together with your IT experts, we will work out the integration into your back-end system. In this way, we can best help digitise the needs and functions of the store.

SOLUTION PROPOSAL AND QUOTE

We will make the proposal on the basis of a needs assessment and offer you a tailor-made digital solution. After accepting the quote, we proceed to the implementation phase of the integration.

MAPPING THE LOCATION

We measure the objects to be installed, map the needs and requirements of individual spaces and plan the implementation on a site-by-site basis. We help to design the content of ESL price displays, recommend suitable mounting accessories and shelf edges for different shelf types for a durable and impressive result.

IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING

Our professional installation team installs the system in any location in Finland. Prior to the introduction of the ESL system, we train your staff to use the various functions efficiently.

COMMISSIONING INSPECTION AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT

To ensure the quality and success of the project, we will carry out a commissioning inspection and document all of the installation phases for each site. We will identify further development needs so that you can make the most of the ESL system.
