CHRISTINA “PIA” HARMIA AND PAULI AALTO-SETÄLÄ APPOINTED AS THE BOARD’S NEW MEMBERS, STARTING FROM 8 FEBRUARY
Christina “Pia” Harmia has over 14 years of experience in business consulting at Marketing Clinic, which specialises in developing growth strategy, brand experience, commercial capabilities and digital customer acquisition and management in leading companies in different industries. At Marketing Clinic, Pia is responsible for commercial operations, works as a senior consultant, and is a member of the management team. Prior to Marketing Clinic, Pia has worked in sales, marketing and general management at Paulig, Santa Maria and E.Ahlström Oy, among others.
Pia has worked as a Board of Directors member since 1994 and is now a member of the Board of Directors of Brand ID Oy, Berner Oy, Remeo Oy and Marketing Clinic Norway. Growth and commercial development, helping people, solving problems and intellectual challenges are particularly close to Pia’s heart.
Pauli Aalto-Setälä from Satakunta is a seasoned media and communications professional. He began his career as a journalist, has been editor-in-chief three times, and has led media and marketing companies in Finland and around the world for 25 years. He has acquired experience as a leader in Nelonen, Kotimaa Group, Aller, Dentsu, Iltalehti and MTV. Pauli has written four non-fiction books on management, disruption and digitalisation and teaches management at Turku School of Economics as a Professor of Practice.
