From the workshop to the world
In 75 years, the small stove workshop from suburban Helsinki has turned into a world-class material handling solutions provider. The heritage of its founders Laila and Evert Stigzelius is maintained at Rocla still today and it consists of innovation, pioneer courage, strong will and new ideas, as well as the ability to turn those into high-quality products and intelligent solutions.
Today, Rocla is a part of Mitsubishi Logisnext Group, and develops, manufactures and markets electrical warehouse trucks and automated guided vehicles.
New materials and vision for product marketing
Brand ID first provided Rocla with a couple of basic decal sets in 2002. The following year, it provided for Rocla's all decal needs.
Brand ID was involved in new product development project from the start, and it quickly convinced Rocla with its expertise. New materials were introduced along with fresh marketing ideas in the form of customer-branded decal products.
The long partnership has made things easier and faster, especially when it comes to the development of new products, as Brand ID knows what we need, says Design Manager Kero Uusitalo.
They actively come up with suggestions for improvement and strive for developing their products according to demand. We can always trust Brand ID to be there for us when we need them.
Improving both functional and visual quality
Brand ID's flexibility, prototype development expertise and fast delivery times have secured the improvement of Rocla's functional and visual quality.
Brand ID and Rocla designed together for example customer-branded wrappings on vehicles. Rocla engages in international product development activities, and Brand ID has provided its expertise in related branding and decal solutions as well.
