From workshop to the world

Once known as a fireplace workshop, Rocla in Pukinmäki, Finland has become a world-class manufacturer of forklifts. Still Rocla has maintainted the best traditions of its founders Laila and Evert Stigzelius: ingenuity, pioneering courage, firm will and new ideas and the ability to transform all of this into high-quality products and services and intelligent solutions. 

Today Rocla is a part of Mitsubishi Logisnext. it is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of electric warehouse trucks and automated forklifts. 

New materials and insight into product marketing

The co-operation between Rocla and brand ID started in 2002 with a few smaller basic label batches. The following year, Brand ID produced the entire label repertoire for Rocla. 

Brand ID has been involved in new product developmen pojects from the get-go. Rocla was soon convinced of Brand ID's professionalism. New materials as well as a new perspect of product marketing in the form of customer-branded forklifts was introduced. 

Our log collaboration has made things easier and faster for us, especially in new product development, because Brand ID knows our needs, says Design Manager Kero Uusitalo. 

They are actively suggesting improvements and want to improve their suply to meet our demand. I can count on them as a supplier and we are served anytime we need it. 

Increasing functional and visual quality

Brand ID's flexibility and professionalism in prototype development as well as the rapid delivery of products have ensure the increase of visual and functional quality. 

The co-operation has resulted in th development of popular customer-branded designs on the side of forklifs. Rocla is also involved in international product development, and Brand ID has been able to offer their expertise in decal bonding issues.
